Speech and Language Assessments at The Family Treatment Service
We support children with a wide range of speech and language conditions, including stammering, selective mutism, communication difficulties from autism and ADHD, and more.
Our engaging and evidence-based approach is designed to help young people grow in both skill and confidence. We empower families and education staff to provide a stimulating communication environment for children, supporting them to express their needs and ease frustration and tantrums.
Our Speech and Language Service
At The Family Treatment Service, we provide a detailed assessment and tailor made therapy programme that can be delivered in our London clinic or in your child’s educational setting. We involve parents and carers throughout, providing you with advice and strategies that you can use to support learning between sessions
We collaborate closely with other professionals who may be involved with your child, such as psychologists, occupational therapists and special educational needs coordinators (SENCOs) in schools and nurseries.
Speech and language therapy can help children experiencing difficulties or differences in how they speak, listen, or interact.
If your young child is a late talker, therapy is a fun, play based way to boost their language development. Click the button below to fill out our client registration form and one of our clinicians will be in touch to book a consultation.
